Marc is a construction manager in the broad sense and more specifically a property development specialist. His multidisciplinary university education*, his professional experience, and his current position allows him to master the complete chain of real estate transactions: researching opportunities upon reception of construction by going through finances, awarding contracts and following up on studies and works with technical expertise and enhancement. In early 2000, Marc began his career as an engineering manager in charge of the development of airports in Walloon. After five years, he joined the group Carrefour where he ran real estate projects in the Wallonia-Brussels region. His experience as an independent project manager and expert consultant for the last ten years has enabled him to carry out many real estate projects locally and internationally, both in the public sector and the private sector. Marc is also a legal expert regarding construction near the courts and taught real estate as part of the certified property experts training.

Pierre is a graduate of the Louvain School of Management (UCL), where he began his career as a Finance Assistant. He then joined Big4 firms in financial audit before working for the CFO of Belgacom at the time of the Group’s partial privatization. He was in charge of studying the Group’s investment projects, as well as the financial follow-up of the subsidiaries. He then completed this experience with more than 8 years at Marsh McLennan Companies (MMC), where he set up and developed risk management consulting activities for Belgium and Luxembourg. Pierre is currently a partner within an independent mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, where he primarily manages projects involving company disposals, financing and real estate investments.

By pooling their experience in brokerage in real estate, David Bouchat (left), Damien Fourrier (centre) and Dimitri Neukermans (right), realised that solutions could be close at hand in order to ensure good growth for the assets of their customers.

The need is for a symbiosis between the solidity of tangible assets and the flexibility of a financial product.

For this purpose, they created QUADRUM S.A., General Partner of QUADRUM SICAV-SIF S.C.A - Private Equity.

Central Administration.

FINEXIS S.A. serves as the central administration in charge of the back office of the QUADRUM SICAV-SIF S.C.A - Private Equity fund, with a multi-disciplinary and experienced team that makes it possible to offer a high level of expertise.

They notably look after calculating the net asset value.
